Congratulations to Winder-Barrow High School seniors Trecalia Cunningham and Elizabeth Manning on being named Barrow County Chamber of Commerce Seniors of the Month!

Elizabeth Manning was recognized as the September 2026 Senior of the Month, while Trecalia Cunningham earned the October 2026 Senior of the Month honor.

Elizabeth has a 4.0 GPA, ranks in the top 5% of her class, and is taking college courses through UGA dual enrollment. Outside of school, she works as a Shaved Ice Shack manager and runs her own mini vending machine business.

After graduation, Elizabeth plans to pursue a nursing degree and a career in anesthesiology. She enjoys reading, traveling, riding side-by-sides, and playing pickleball, and credits Dakota Tracy as her favorite teacher.

Trecalia ranks in the Top 10 of her class and has demonstrated leadership as class president, senior vice president, and HOSA secretary. She is a varsity flag football captain, Atlanta Falcons All-Star Game selection, and Player of the Year nominee, with numerous athletic honors. She is also involved in many school organizations and works part-time at Kroger.

After graduation, Trecalia plans to attend UGA or Emory to study neuroscience or pre-med, with aspirations of becoming a fetal surgeon, pediatric surgeon, or neuroscientist.

We are proud of their outstanding achievements and the positive impact they have made on the WBHS community.
